A fringe benefit for writers is meeting others at workshops, conferences and book signings.
I enjoyed meeting Linda Trout at a recent book signing in Claremore. She writes romantic novels including Last Hope Alaska.
I traded books with inspirational author Margery Warder at a weekend conference in Kansas.
I’ve also traded books with my friend and faith family member Cynda Thomas. She wrote Hell Of A Ride, the biographical tribute to her late husband, test pilot Richard “Dick” Thomas. Cynda has also joined me in writing features for the Will Rogers Memorial docent newsletter, Roper.
Then there’s my inspirational writer friend and prayer partner Carol Round. Her book Journaling With Jesus motivated me to keep a prayer journal.
And now my longtime dear friend Sandy Bennett Logan has completed her beautiful and Biblical story of Micah, now available at Amazon.com. If you purchase just one book to read to your children or grandchildren, it should be Micah.
HAPPY READING!
